Where
The Residence is located strategically, close to the University and the business worlds (UC3M Getafe Campus, the Villaverde Business Park and the Getafe Norte Technology Park), close to the Colonia Residencial residential area, where 3,000 people live, with cultural, sports and teaching facilities, and two shopping malls (Carrefour-Getafe Norte and Hipercor-El Bercial) all nearby.
Residencia Vértice is situated at a communications intersection and the M-45 and the N-401 Madrid-Toledo road are the main access routes.
Getafe, and particularly the Carlos III University Campus are only ten minutes away from the Residencia.

GETTING HERE:
By road: From the N-401 (dual-carriageway ) or the M-45 (motorway): Villaverde / Getafe Norte exit, going in the direction of Villaverde, first roundabout to the right.
By bus:From Madrid or Getafe: Bus line 448, Madrid – Villaverde – Getafe – Madrid.
(bus stop labeled as “Residencia de Estudiantes,” at the entrance of the Residence).
By train:Local train (Cercanías) line C3 to Aranjuez from Madrid (Sol or Atocha stations). Nearest station is SAN CRISTOBAL INDUSTRIAL, 150 meters from the Residence.
