VÉRTICE GESTIÓN HOTELERA S.L., hereinafter referred to as VÉRTICE HOTELS, complies with the requirements established by the Basic Law 15/1999 regarding the Services of the Information and Electronic Trade Society over the protection of Personal Data of the 13th December (hereinafter referred to as LOPD), establishes the following Legal Warning to its clients.
VERTICE HOTELS website is intended to provide its clients with services such as information, hotel room reservations and commercial activity, products , as well as all other services stated below.
VERTICE HOTELS guarantees that all personal details received is of full ownership belonging to VERTICE HOTELS, and has been duly registered in the Spanish Agency for Data Protection http: http://www.agpd.es.

VERTICE HOTELS advises its clients that the details provided by the User will be exclusively used for the following:
a.1.) On Line booking
By means of registration within the On- line booking form, the User accepts and authorizes VERTICE HOTELS the atomized use of the Personal Data collected with the sole purpose of proceeding to the User´s reservation requirements, and to be able to obtain personalized services and products being the information given, property of the JDC group and its societies. We also advise the User using our On-Line booking form that the data collected shall be shared with the necessary parties for management purposes of such reservation as, travel agencies or other hotels which might be out of the Spanish national territory providing your request were of these services.
a.2.) Included in the hotels distribution list for special offers and hotel packages.
VERTICE HOTELS advises that the email addresses of the User will be recorded in its atomized files (distribution list) with the purpose of being used for commercial nature which may be of his/her interest, as the Hotel´s sale promotions and press bulletin via email.
In order to exercise the subject of rights of access, cancellation and opposition provided by law, you may do so by sending a written notification to the address stated above.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CLAUSE INFORMATION SECURITY AND PRIVACY
VERTICE HOTELS shall not reveal any personal information to any third parties with the exception to the mentioned above.
As regards to privacy security covering personal data usage, these will be processed in strict confidentiality and VERTICE HOTEL is committed to protect the system and devices in which the User personal data is stored in compliance with the Spanish Law which rules the Secure Measures Policy for Personal Data.
VERTICE HOTELS will be authorized to register any IP addresses in its system to diagnose any problem within the system and to obtain information from web visitors.
